Our Story
CA Manage was born out of frustration. As practicing Chartered Accountants, we spent countless hours managing spreadsheets, chasing documents, and manually tracking deadlines. We knew there had to be a better way.
We looked at existing solutions, but they were either too expensive, too complex, or built for Western markets without understanding Indian compliance needs. None of them understood the hierarchical structure of Indian CA firms or the nuances of GST, ITR, and company law filings.
"We didn't just want to digitize paperwork—we wanted to transform how CA firms operate, making them more efficient, more profitable, and more enjoyable to run."
So in 2024, we started building CA Manage. We talked to hundreds of CA firms across India—from solo practitioners in small towns to large multi-partner firms in metros. We understood their pain points, their workflows, and their aspirations.
The result is a platform that feels like it was made specifically for your firm—because in many ways, it was. Every feature, every workflow, every dashboard has been designed with the Indian CA in mind.
