How does the trial work?
Every newly registered firm starts on a 14-day trial. After it, you can stay on the Free plan or move to a paid plan.
What is the difference between plans?
Plans differ by the number of team members, clients and document storage. The core workflow — requests, deadlines, invoices, documents and the client portal — is the same.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Our Terms of Service (section 4.2) state that fees are quoted in INR and include applicable GST.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — the Terms of Service (section 4.3) set out a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.
What happens if we outgrow a plan?
Move up a plan at any time; your data stays where it is. Contact us if you need limits beyond Enterprise defaults.
