Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CA Manage practice management software and related services ("Service") operated by CA Manage ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CA Manage, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• If representing a firm, you have authority to bind that firm to these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

CA Manage provides a cloud-based practice management platform for Chartered Accountant firms, including:

• Client relationship management
• Task and workflow management
• Document storage and management
• Invoicing and billing
• Team collaboration tools
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use CA Manage, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features, subject to usage limits
• Paid Plans: Additional features, higher limits, priority support

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to CA Manage ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

CA Manage, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CA Manage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, submitted to arbitration in Guwahati, Assam, governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
